The time is here! The UCLA Football Weekend just around the corner! Here are the last minute updates in no particular order:

The people playing golf, know the when's and where's.

The Doyle cookout is at 6.30pm on Friday. The map is on the website.

Janine Doyle inquired about vegetarians. If you are, please contact here directly at *** (big thanks for hosting the BBQ to the Doyles!!)

If you need maps, there are several maps on the website ready for printing (campus, venues, area map). The hotels are 0.1 miles from the football stadium. The pool is 200 yards from the stadium. Downtown Palo Alto is walking distance. Everything is very central.

Saturday schedule is roughly as follows -
Everyone should meet in the Hotel lobby around 10.30am. Not sure which one, but the hotels are next to each other, so word will travel fast.
Pepe and his brother will attempt to park their trucks between the stadium and the pool Saturday morning. There is a small parking lot there. They will come over to the hotel and bring everyone back to the cars.

If you miss the rendezvous -

Dear Highly Most Organized And Festive Planning Committee,

Your humble servant has done a wee bit of research and it seems that the Defending National Champion Bruin Water Polo Team will be in Palo Alto during the upcoming Troll King (urr, sorry I mean Esteemed) Bruin Convention. If I may so bold as to seek the attendance of the 55 or so participants in the Knucklehead (urr, sorry I mean Esteemed) Bruin Convention to the game. You should be aware that the Conventioneers, no matter what condition they may be in, they will probably not be able to participate. However, I'm sure intimidation of the home team and referees will be nearly as exciting as watching 35 time Troll King Champion Doug Rowe perform his magic.

Could this be added to our list of planned activities? Start time for the game is not posted as yet.

The UCLA Football Weekend is now just around the corner and its time to start working on the details!

There are 2 important parts to this blast.
1 – Football tickets
2 - Travel

1 - Football Tickets

A blank cell means you are not attending the football game.
A number means there are that many tickets already purchased in your name.
An X means you are attending, but need a ticket

We need to hear from the following people:
1 – If you have a number (ticket(s) already purchased for you), but you’ve had a change in plans and you are NOT COMING. Please let us know, so we can allocate the ticket to someone else.
2 – If you have an X and still want to go, we need a positive response from you indicating how many tickets you need by October 12.

2 - Travel
We have added a private contacts page because more of you are requesting contact information on others. We have also included several columns for flight arrival details. If you send us this information we can post it and hopefully people with similar schedules can contact each other directly to arrange sharing cars, rides, etc. If you like this idea, please send us:
1 – Your CELL phone number
2 – your arrival details including
1. arrival date and time
2. airport (SFO, OAK, or SJC)
3. airline and flight number
